46-tooth big bevel gear for Active Center Differential is machined from unique HUDY steel item that has been especially developed for gear-type things, in addition hardened and accuracy ground to support the tightest limitation requires for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a high-precision German gear device and each gear is through themselves tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear will likely be laser etched with "Active 46T" for fast & effortless identification.
Our unique heat treatment makes kit very hard and strong not merely ahead also in core, this enables the machine an extraordinarily-long lifespan with small use comparing to standard gears.
