The 46T diff bevel gear for XRAY Active Diff is machined from unique HUDY metal item that has been particularly developed for gear-type things, also hardened and accuracy ground to fit the tightest threshold needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear unit and every gear is individually tested and analyzed. The diff gear is likely to be laser engraved with Active Diff 46 for quick and easy instant recognition.
