Through the entire 1989 Geneva motor Show, the 500SL was at fact unveiled as Mercedes' top-of-the-line covertible tasks automobile. While quite powerful in stock kind, AMG took the automobile a lot more with exclusive modifications like increasing the motor displacement from 5 liters to 6 liters for a 381hp production.
