Aluminum T4'21 framework with original cutout spaces for increased flex. This framework is preferred for low traction carpeting tracks and high traction asphalt songs. (not motivated for high- and very-high carpeting traction songs through which either the #301005 or #301006 framework will be more effective). Fits T4'21
