The thicker chassis alters the maneuvering characteristics of NT1; the increased rigidity improves managing on high-traction areas and makes the NT1 more reactive. Another significant benefit could be the indisputable fact that thicker framework concentrates the human body fat within the cheapest CG part of the automobile – inside the chassis – which decreases the requirement to put in additional lots to help keep the NT1 within fat restrictions.
