Track-focused stability from XRAY 351123 XT8

The XRAY 351123 XT8 Aluminum Chassis is built to refine weight placement and vehicle attitude for more consistent lap times. Fabricated from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and hard-coated at 3mm thickness, this plate adds stiffness and impact resistance for competitive use.

Front-biased weight layout for improved cornering

The chassis shifts mass slightly forward to promote rotation and tighter turn-in. That front bias helps with corner speed, jump recovery and overall vehicle balance while maintaining even side-to-side distribution for consistent behaviour on straights and landings.

CNC precision and targeted material removal

CNC machining removes non-critical material under areas like the engine and fuel tank to lower the centre of gravity and tune chassis flex. The result is a deliberate stiffness profile that supports aggressive driving without compromising key mounting points.

Understanding aluminum characteristics

Swiss 7075 T6 offers high rigidity, but small surface cracks can appear around cutouts or edges as a result of tension from machining. These marks are generally cosmetic and do not impair structural performance. Slight longitudinal bowing can also occur and is a normal property of machined aluminum plates.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Small cracks are usually the result of tension released during CNC cutting and anodizing. They are cosmetic in most cases and do not change the structural behaviour of the chassis.
Minor longitudinal bending is normal for machined aluminum and often has negligible effect on handling. Severe deformation should be inspected and the chassis replaced if it compromises mounting or alignment.
A 3mm plate raises baseline stiffness, reducing chassis flex and making handling more predictable. Drivers can tune suspension and shock settings to reintroduce desired compliance without altering the plate itself.
