Description

48-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product such as been especially developed for gear-type services and products, besides hardened and accuracy ground to accommodate the tightest limitation requires for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear item and each gear is on their own tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 48T for fast & easy recognition.

Our unique heat therapy makes the item very hard and strong not only at first and likewise in core, this provides the machine an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low usage comparing to standard gears.
