Description

49-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal item including been particularly developed for gear-type solutions, besides hardened and accuracy ground to suit the tightest limitation needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear product and each gear is separately tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 49T for fast & effortless recognition.

Our unique heat application treatment makes the unit quite difficult and strong not only at the top plus in core, this allows the unit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low usage comparing to standard gears.
